Hope you are happy shopping with us, and we believe all medicines & products purchased from are of good quality. However, if you have any unsatisfied experience after your purchase at, kindly find below our return policy-

We strongly recommend you to check every item thoroughly at the time of delivery.

You can return the items delivered within 14 working days and claim a full refund of the amount paid towards the purchase of the returned products

In normal conditions, an item will be considered for return within the fixed return period/ duration for goods classified apart from the following conditions-

• Perishable goods.

• Items that are unsealed where the protective seal has tampered for health safety and hygiene reasons.

• Personal hygiene items.

• Goods purchased in the clearance sale and labelled as “Non-Returnable” in the product description or product details information.

• Gift cards.

• In case of medicines & drugs, open boxes or cut strips.

Terms & Conditions for Returns

All products must be returned in their original state, with price labels in place, user manual, warranty labels, original accessories and in the original company’s box/ packaging as delivered at your doorstep.

For all medicines and drugs, products must be returned completely, in their original delivery state, along with untampered box, strip and package.

If you want to return a accessory that stores any personal data, please make sure you erase such details from the device before returning. shall not be responsible in any way for any misuse or usage of such data.

Process to return/exchange an item

Please contact our customer care team within the duration of 14 days of delivery of your products by contacting us at

Once you have informed our customer care team about returning or exchanging your products, you will get a message on how and where to revert and send your items. The choice of return may include returning the items through courier, pick-up by our pick-up agent, or dropping the products at a designated store.

Kindly note that all possibilities are not applicable in all locations, and our customer care team will guide you in facilitating a comfortable choice.

However, we are sorry, presently we don’t cover the expenses involved in returning the products unless you have received a completely different product other than what the order was placed for or the product is damaged or for products with an expiry date of less than three months. When returning, please make sure the products are packed and shipped securely and safely. We recommend sending all returning items through renowned courier service for safety reasons. We are liable for any damages that occur while return shipping through a service chosen other than agent.

Processing time of returned goods

All returns will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the products and we process the refund request immediately. However, it may take approximately upto 30 days for the payment service provider to credit the refund amount.

Kindly note that while processing the returns, we have the rights to deduct a particular charge from the refund to make good any loss of revenue in the original value of products returned, which may amount to 100% in some cases. Any such deduction will be mailed to you prior to refund processing.

In certain cases, we may offer only a replacement or credit note rather than a refund. We will communicate the same to you as soon as the return request is processed at our returns and cancellation department.

Order Cancellation Policy

As you place the order, if you wish to cancel the same, you may do while the order status is in the “Order created” category.


For cancelling the Order

If a cancellation request is received before the order is being shipped, the request will be honoured immediately and a full refund will be processed.

After the order is shipped, cancellations will be considered as a return. The process flow for the above as per returns policy will be applied for the same.

Refund Process is as per below flow

• For orders cancelled – Orders that are cancelled by or customer prior to processing, a refund will be processed instantly by the original payment mode.

• For Return Orders- Orders for which a return is processed refund will be processed instantly. We initiate the refund through the orginal mode of payment. This may take around 30 working days for the amount to credit to your bank account. However, in certain conditions, we may choose an alternated refund process, while in some cases, we may choose to provide only a replacement or credit note.
